    To prevent to many ophan Blocks, the new protocoll need for every blockmining (POW or POS) a syncron timestamp with max + 15 s in the future. If you create a POW or POS block and your computer or server is not time syncronisized, you will cerate an ophan block.
    If you only downloading and use the blockchain, your wallet check if every block are valide. Is your computer time out of sync, you will get an error. But if the block already accepted by other wallets and insert to the next block, your out of sync wallet will accept the block too.
    I know, many people stake only ophan blocks. This problem can be solved by sync there computertime.
